Chair, Hunter Cancer Action Network (HCAN)
James Garlick is a cancer survivor and part-time history and economics teacher from Newcastle. He is currently doing an honours thesis in history at The University of Newcastle. James has volunteered for Cancer Council NSW for over 7 years in both fundraising and advocacy. He is the Chair of the Hunter Cancer Action Network (HCAN) and played a lead role in the Hunter component of Cancer Council's extremely successful Saving Life 2015 campaign.
