CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are only offered for exceptional circumstances and up to 2 weeks before the event – including COVID-19.

We can do substitutions within organisations/teams until 48 hours before the event, if given the name, contact details, access needs, and dietary requirements of the substituting participant.

We will do our best to meet all access needs and dietary requirements for substituting participants but we can’t guarantee provision of support when there is a change at short notice.

COVID-19 EXEMPTION

If a participant tests positive for COVID-19 in the week leading up to the event, we have three options available:

  • Attend remotely where hybrid participation is available.

  • Substitution of their ticket to another person in their organisation.

  • Partial refund depending on when the participant needs their ticket refunded:

  • If less than one week’s notice, offer a 50% refund.

  • If more than 72 hours, offer a 30% refund.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Exceptional circumstances is defined as family or medical emergencies and/or sudden/unanticipated serious health or caring commitments (such as hospitalisation of yourself or an immediate family member).

We are unable to offer refunds due to changes in availability at work/ability to take time away from work.

We understand that campaigns can be dynamic and quick-changing so it is important that your team and manager is on board with your participation in the event.
